Scope
Theoretical and practical development of the concepts related in particular to the clauses that determine the particularities of Voyage Charter contracts with respect to the computation of delays and their settlement.
Objectives
Interpret the different clauses of a Voyage Charter contract in order to be able to apply them in the calculation of a vessel’s demurrage to determine the compensation costs between shipowner and charterer.
